Feeding Directions

Feed Amber Advantage 14/6 Horse Pellets to yearlings, performance and mature horses doing a moderate amount of work (two to four hours each day). Feed at the rate of 0.5 to 1.5 pounds per 100 pounds of body weight, along with good quality hay. Amber Advantage 14/6 Horse Pellets is also an excellent lactating diet for mares. Begin feeding Amber Advantage 14/6 Horse Pellets one month prior to foaling at the rate of 0.5 to 0.75 pound per 100 pounds of body weight daily. After foaling, increase the dail feed to 0.75-1.5 pounds per 100 pounds of body weight. In addition, feed a free choice mineral such as Tradition Horse Mineral. A constant supply of clean, fresh water is necessary for optimum results
